I ordered three boxes of these lovely glasses. One of the eighteen was broken in transit in spite of the excellent packaging - one of the problems with glass, especially this time of year. I cannot praise the staff more highly for the way in which they dealt with this. I would most definitely recommend purchasing from Maxwell Williams not only for the quality of the product but for the wonderful customer service. Thanks to your all, especially Mandy.
