Easy Returns Instructions
If for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund or exchange with no fuss. It's all part of our NO QUIBBLE guarantee.
Please e-mail us stating your intent to return items to returns@ihgl.co.uk. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.
Please advise us on your e-mail the following important information:
- Your full name
- The collection Address, including full postcode
- Your preferred day of collection (Monday to Friday)
- Your preferred time of collection. Either AM (8-12) or PM (12-6)
- Number of cartons you are returning
- Your original Internet Order Number
- Please state are you returning the goods for a refund or exchange
Important
If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required.
All items that are exchanged will attract a new delivery charge at the current rate.
Only replacement Items deemed faulty by International Home Goods Ltd will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
