Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on our delivery service and aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. You will be notified by e-mail and text (if you supplied your mobile number) when the goods have been despatched from our warehouse, and again when the goods are out for delivery. We use DPD for all deliveries.
If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 5 working days, please e-mail us on sales@ihgl.co.uk, or phone 020 8201 4888 (9.00am -5.00pm).
Postage and Packing
DELIVERY FREE for orders £50 and over
For orders up to £49.99 – p&p is £3.95
For orders outside the UK mainland, p&p is between £9.95 – £19.95, dependent on number of cartons and country of delivery.
